The shopping and entertainment center is located in the historical and administrative and business center of Kiev. It has become exclusive in every respect: in terms of scale, luxury, design and a set of different services. When you walk into the shopping mall you find yourself in the 8-level atrium and you feel the air and space. Such architectural findings were borrowed from the latest projects made in Dubai, Hong Kong and London.
On the vast territory of the shopping center from the first to the fourth floor accomodated 130 shops of various profiles: fashion, classic and youth clothing, footwear, sporting, children and household goods, gifts and accessories, including the Spanish group Inditex brands (Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull and Bear, Oysho), a group of Polish brands LPP (Reserved, , Cropp Town, House). Besides, many brands have opened their first stores in Ukraine at our mall, such as boutique Collection.
In the fifth and sixth floors there is a bowling-club of 24 lanes with separate dedicated VIP-zones, a bar and a karaoke; restaurants of the network "Almeria Plaza", and a children's play area. In the seventh and eighth floors you can find the "Oscar" cinema with 6 rooms and its own restaurant and cafe. From the fitness club with a 25-meter swimming pool on the roof you get a panoramic view of Kiev.
The underground floor houses the supermarket "Furshet Gourmet" with the area of over 8000 m2, underneath it there are three floors of underground parking for a total of 450 seats. The "highlight" of our complex is the external decorative lighting.
